Refund Policy
Last Updated: May 14, 2026
Thank you for choosing Learn With Fidelis.
This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for courses, digital products, tools, plans, credits, contests, affiliate-related services, and other paid items on the Learn With Fidelis platform.
By buying any course, product, tool access, plan, credit pack, or service from Learn With Fidelis, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Our Refund Position
Learn With Fidelis sells digital learning materials, online courses, AI tools, digital products, templates, downloadable resources, and other online services.
Because most of our products are delivered digitally and can be accessed immediately after payment, refunds are reviewed carefully and are not automatic.
We want users to be satisfied, but we also need to protect our courses, tools, creators, digital assets, affiliate system, and platform from abuse.
2. Refund Request Window
Where a refund is allowed, you must request it within the refund period stated on the sales page, checkout page, offer page, or product page.
If no special refund period is stated, refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Refund requests made after the allowed period may be declined.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us through the official support page:
Support: Learn With Fidelis Support Page
You may also email us at:
Email: [email protected]
When submitting a refund request, include:
- Your full name
- Your account email address
- The course, product, plan, credit pack, or item purchased
- Payment reference, if available
- Date of purchase
- Reason for requesting a refund
Refund requests without enough information may take longer to review.
4. Refund Review Process
All refund requests are reviewed by the Learn With Fidelis team.
We may check:
- Purchase date
- Payment status
- Course access records
- Lesson access activity
- Product download status
- Tool usage records
- Credit usage
- Support history
- Coupon or discount used
- Affiliate referral activity
- Chargeback history
- Signs of fraud or abuse
After review, we may approve, reject, or request more information about the refund request.
5. Courses
Refunds for courses may be considered if:
- The request is made within the allowed refund period
- The course was not heavily consumed or completed
- The user has a valid reason for the request
- There is no sign of abuse, fraud, or content copying
- The course was not bought through a special non-refundable offer
A course refund may be rejected if:
- A large part of the course has been viewed
- Course materials have been downloaded
- The user completed major parts of the course
- The user used the course to access bonuses or locked resources
- The request is outside the refund period
- The account shows suspicious activity
- The purchase was part of a clearly marked non-refundable offer
6. Digital Products and Downloads
Digital products may include templates, prompts, guides, files, scripts, worksheets, packs, recordings, toolkits, and downloadable resources.
Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds may not be available once the product has been accessed, downloaded, opened, or delivered.
Refunds for digital products may only be considered where:
- The product was not delivered
- The wrong product was delivered
- A serious technical issue prevents access
- The issue cannot be fixed by support
- The request is made within the allowed refund period
7. AI Tools, Credits, and Usage-Based Services
Some Learn With Fidelis tools may require credits, plans, or usage-based access.
Refunds are generally not available for credits or tool usage that has already been consumed.
This includes:
- Used credits
- Generated content
- Tool outputs
- AI prompt results
- Video or content tool usage
- Processed files
- Completed tool actions
If you bought credits but have not used them, we may review your refund request based on the payment date, credit balance, and account activity.
8. Subscription Plans
If Learn With Fidelis offers subscription plans, your access may continue until the end of the paid period unless stated otherwise.
Refunds for subscription plans may be reviewed based on:
- Date of payment
- Usage after payment
- Access level used
- Tools or credits consumed
- Whether the renewal was manual or automatic
- Any previous refund history
If a refund is approved for a subscription plan, access connected to that plan may be removed immediately.
9. Contests
Contest entry payments, where applicable, are generally non-refundable after submission, approval, voting, review, or participation has started.
A contest-related refund may be considered only if:
- The payment was duplicated
- The contest was cancelled by Learn With Fidelis
- The user was charged but could not submit due to a platform error
- The issue was reported before the contest deadline
Refunds will not be approved because a user did not win, did not receive enough votes, was disqualified for breaking rules, or submitted an entry that was rejected for violating contest rules.
10. Affiliate Program and Commissions
Affiliate commissions are not user refunds. They are earnings subject to affiliate rules, payout checks, refund windows, fraud checks, and approval.
If a referred buyer receives a refund, the related affiliate commission may be reversed, cancelled, or deducted from future earnings.
Learn With Fidelis may also reject affiliate commissions connected to fake referrals, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, chargebacks, misleading promotion, or abuse.
11. Bank Transfer, Crypto, and Manual Payments
Some payments may be made through bank transfer, crypto, stablecoin, or other manual methods.
Refunds for manual payments may take longer because they may require extra confirmation.
For bank transfer refunds, we may request valid bank account details that match the buyer where possible.
For crypto or stablecoin payments, refunds may be affected by:
- Network fees
- Wallet address accuracy
- Exchange rate changes
- Payment confirmation status
- Blockchain delays
- Incorrect payment details
Learn With Fidelis is not responsible for funds sent to the wrong wallet address, wrong network, wrong account, or wrong payment reference due to user error.
12. Duplicate Payments
If you were charged more than once for the same item, contact support with your payment references.
Once verified, duplicate payments may be refunded or converted into course access, credits, product access, or account balance where agreed.
13. Failed or Pending Payments
If your payment failed, remained pending, or was not confirmed, access may not be granted until payment is verified.
If money was deducted but access was not given, contact support with proof of payment.
We will review the payment and either grant access, mark the payment correctly, or advise on the next step.
14. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Before filing a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact Learn With Fidelis support first.
Dishonest chargebacks, fake payment claims, or dispute abuse may lead to:
- Account suspension
- Loss of course access
- Loss of product access
- Loss of affiliate commissions
- Blocked future purchases
- Legal or payment processor review
If you file a chargeback while still using the purchased item, your access may be suspended until the issue is resolved.
15. Non-Refundable Items
The following items may be non-refundable unless required by law or clearly stated otherwise:
- Downloaded digital products
- Used credits
- Generated AI outputs
- Completed services
- Contest entries after submission or review
- Affiliate-related charges
- Special promo offers marked non-refundable
- Expired refund requests
- Courses that have been heavily accessed
- Products delivered successfully
- Custom work already started or completed
- Bonuses already accessed or downloaded
16. Access Removal After Refund
If a refund is approved, Learn With Fidelis may remove access to the refunded item.
This may include:
- Course access
- Product access
- Tool access
- Credit balance
- Subscription plan access
- Bonuses
- Downloads
- Certificates
- Contest participation connected to the refunded payment
Refunded users must stop using any downloaded or accessed paid materials connected to the refunded item.
17. Refund Method and Timing
Approved refunds are usually sent back through the original payment method where possible.
Refund timing may depend on:
- Payment provider
- Bank processing time
- Payment method used
- Manual review
- Currency conversion
- Network delays for crypto payments
Learn With Fidelis cannot control delays caused by banks, payment processors, wallet networks, or third-party services.
18. Abuse of Refund Policy
Learn With Fidelis may reject refund requests where we detect abuse.
Examples include:
- Buying and requesting repeated refunds
- Downloading or copying materials before asking for a refund
- Using credits or tools and then requesting a refund
- Joining a course, consuming the lessons, then requesting a refund
- Making false claims
- Using fake accounts
- Filing dishonest chargebacks
- Trying to get free access through refund abuse
Users who abuse the refund process may have their accounts restricted or closed.
19. Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue, contact support first.
Many access issues can be fixed quickly, including:
- Login problems
- Payment confirmation delays
- Course access errors
- Video loading issues
- Download issues
- Tool access issues
- Email delivery issues
A technical issue does not automatically qualify for a refund if the issue can be fixed within a reasonable time.
20. No Refund for Lack of Effort or Result
Learn With Fidelis may teach skills related to AI, content creation, blogging, affiliate marketing, digital products, online business, or other practical topics.
However, payment for a course or product does not guarantee that you will make money, win a contest, get clients, grow traffic, get sales, or achieve a specific result.
Refunds will not be approved only because:
- You did not take action
- You did not complete the course
- You changed your mind after accessing the content
- You expected instant results
- You did not apply the lessons
- You did not win a contest
- Your business did not perform as expected
Learning results depend on your effort, skill, time, consistency, market conditions, and personal execution.
21. Policy Changes
Learn With Fidelis may update this Refund Policy from time to time.
The version posted on the website at the time of your purchase or refund request may be used to review your case, unless a newer version gives you better protection or is required by law.
